What is the CYP Senior Rep Team?
The CYP Senior Rep Team is a group of fun, confident, and genuinely amazing seniors who want more than just senior photos. This is for girls who love being in front of the camera, being part of something special, and celebrating their senior year alongside an incredible group. It is an exclusive Chelsea Young Photography experience with additional shoots, content, and memories captured throughout the year.

What is the cost to be part of the CYP Senior Rep Team?
The total investment is $600, and it is designed to be worth every penny. This includes all of the shoots, perks, and exclusive experiences you receive as a CYP Senior Rep. The total is split into three payments to make it more manageable.

What does the $600 include?
Your senior will receive:
A fall senior session with that golden-hour, dreamy feel
A spring cap and gown session
Two group sessions for even more moments, photos, and fun
A meet and greet party to connect with the team and take their official CYP headshot
Bonus outfit changes for added variety
Senior styling assistance, including access to partnered brands
A minimum of 30 digital images per session
An exclusive Chelsea Young Photography welcome kit
Access to additional creative shoots
Free and discounted sessions throughout the experience
This is not just a photoshoot. It is a full senior year experience.

How do payments work?
The $600 investment is split into three payments. The first payment is due once your senior is officially accepted onto the team. The second payment is due at the fall session, and the final payment is due at the spring session.

How is this different from a regular senior session?
A regular senior session is a one-time shoot. The CYP Senior Rep Team is a full-year experience. You receive multiple sessions, styling support, group shoots, added perks, and a community of girls to share it all with. It is also an opportunity to build confidence, create lasting memories, and be part of something truly special during your senior year.

Is participation required for all events and shoots?
Participation is not required for everything, but it is highly encouraged. The more you participate, the more photos and experiences you will receive. Attendance at the meet and greet is required, as this is the official kickoff where you meet the team and take your CYP headshot.

What if my senior is shy or does not have modeling experience?
That is completely okay. Most seniors start out a little nervous, but by the end of the experience, they feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. This experience is designed to build confidence and help each senior feel their best. No modeling experience is needed.

Can my senior earn rewards?
Yes. CYP Senior Reps can earn cash incentives through referrals. When they refer a friend who books a session, they receive a reward. The more they share and participate, the more they can earn.

How many photos will my senior receive?
Each session includes a minimum of 30 digital images, and often more. The more sessions and events your senior participates in, the more photos they will receive throughout the year.

Can parents attend sessions?
Yes, parents are always welcome at individual senior sessions. Some seniors enjoy having that support, while others prefer to come with friends. It is completely up to you.

Can I still book other photographers for certain sessions?
Yes. Prom, sports, and pageant sessions are excluded from team expectations, so you are free to book other photographers for those. However, as part of the CYP Senior Rep Team, you agree to use and promote Chelsea Young Photography as your senior photographer throughout your senior year.

Why is there a cost to join the CYP Senior Rep Team?
The CYP Senior Rep Team is part of a full-time photography business. This experience includes far more than a standard session. You receive multiple styled shoots, a customized senior experience, early booking access, creative direction, exclusive perks, and more. The investment reflects the time, planning, and care that goes into creating this experience.
